Chandler’s hosts first Hardhead fishing tournament

The first annual Hardhead Roundup commenced at Chandler’s Landing on Conn Brown Harbor in Aransas Pass April 2nd. The tournament was put together by Kindley Chandler and her parents Stephanie and Justin.

The Whippersnappers Take the Youth Championship In Final Week

Going into the last week of ten weeks of matches for the youth bowling league at CM Lanes in Aransas Pass the top two scoring teams were the Whippersnappers and the Knockouts. The youth bowling championship took place March 19th. When Nathaniel Farmer’s dad Daniel was asked about his son’s team match, he said, “It makes me happy knowing he’s fulfilling his college dream doing bowling.” Nathaniel is bowling for college scholarship money.

The Aransas Pass Panthers had a great showing at the district track meet in Goliad last week, according to a press release from the high school’s athletics’ office. They did a great job competing and representing Aransas Pass.
