Archery season opened in Texas last Saturday for whitetails, mule deer and Rio Grande turkeys. It was a wet one over much of the hunting range.
The Aransas Pass Lady Panthers secured two wins last week, one district and one non-district, to improve to 15-17 on the season, and 3-4 in district play.
