Panther baseball loses to Robstown, defeats West Oso

The Aransas Pass Panther’s game against Robstown was a heartbreaker as they fell 8-3, Monday, March 26; however they rebounded with a 4-2 victory over West Oso, Thursday, March 29.

Robstown scored first in the first inning on an error, and the Panthers responded with three runs in the second inning driven in by Marcus Ortiz and Weston Pope.

Ben Bennett led things off on the mound going five innings, allowing six runs on six hits and striking out five. Dylan Cole threw one inning in relief. Brendon Burns led the Panthers at the plate with a 2 for 3 performance.
