Seen from high above, the Shrimporee Grounds near Community Park included a large midway. Much of the parking that usually occurred on site was moved due to conditions that resulted from heavy rains. Those spaces were filled up in parking lots elsewhere in the city where shuttle buses ferried visitors back and forth.
