Laura Donohue moved to Gillespie Ln. in Aransas Pass from Ingleside in 1998. But she is continually frustrated by vehicles routinely speeding well above the posted 15MPH limit, and a crumbling asphalt road with potholes the city has tried to address covering it with dirt and loose gravel that keeps getting washed out during storms.
