Absolute Waste, the Robstown-based trash hauler contracted by the city to pick it up uses ‘zones’ to determine when these items will be removed. A neatly bundled pile of palm tree leaves sits near the curb in front of Slowride Guide Services and Vacation Rentals at 81 S. Commercial St. in Aransas Pass December 23rd, and in front of a house just across the street. Early last week, the pile in front of Slowride was removed, but those seen on the opposite side of Commercial remained.
