Keith Fisher, 66, lives in Aransas Pass, but his long career in the U.S. Navy ended in Ingleside, retiring from the service just a few years before the eventual closure of the Ingleside minesweeper base.

A skilled crafter, Keith and his wife formed ‘KB Stitchery’, creating homemade quilts the pair have been selling at local markets, fairs, and festivals.
