Brazosport supplies support for teachers
Brazosport teachers had planned a visit to Aransas Pass High School (APHS) in September for an academic reason, but Hurricane Harvey changed all that, and they came instead on Oct. 13 with a slightly different purpose. This visit was one of compassion as BHS representatives brought a trailer loaded with school and office supplies to help faculty and staff begin the new school year.
BHS principal Richard Yoes, and teachers Ken Schulte and Troy Day, made the trip along with Freeport Mayor Troy Brimage who served as the driver utilized his truck to pull the trailer.
