An Aransas Pass man has been indicted by the Aransas County Grand Jury for sexually assaulting at least three underage girls, stemming from a two-month investigation by the Aransas Pass Police Department that lead to his arrest.
Ross Alex Longoria Jr. was arrested in June, after one of the victims came forward with her mother to file a criminal complaint.
After Longoria’s arrest investigators gathered evidence including a laptop computer.
Evidence found on the laptop confirmed accusations that Longoria had sexual relations with underage girls.
Several underage individuals were contacted during the investigation into Longoria. Detective Leo Martinez stated, “There are still other victims involved, and there is a possibility of more charges being filed against him.
“It has taken some time to get what we needed in the investigation to file more charges against Longoria, and we’re still not finished.”
Longoria is currently facing three counts of sexual assault of a child under the age of 17, and is still being held on a $250,000 surety bond.
